Personal Information You Provide.

- Responses to our Compatibility Quiz, which helps us build a personality profile for you and match you with other compatible members;

If you are a Premium Member, you may communicate with potential partners through features like video chat. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that the partners you engage with will have access to your video feed. We engage third-party service providers to enable certain communication features, and we may share limited technical information (e.g., IP address, profile ID) with them solely for the purpose of providing the service.
To process payments, we may collect billing information such as your name, address, phone number, email, and payment details (e.g., credit/debit card information). If you wish to have your payment information deleted from our systems, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section.
Sensitive Personal Information. During registration or while updating your profile, you may provide us with sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)), such as religious beliefs, ethnicity, or political opinions. Providing this information is entirely optional. You can update or remove this information at any time through your profile settings, or choose the “prefer not to specify” option.
Surveys. We may periodically conduct voluntary member surveys. We encourage our members to participate in such surveys because they provide us with important information regarding the improvement of our Services. You may also volunteer for certain surveys that we may offer to our users, and any additional rules regarding the conduct of such surveys will be disclosed to you prior to your participation. We encourage users to refer a friend to our Service by sending us a friend’s name and email address. We will send that person a one-time e-mail containing your name and inviting them to visit our site. This e-mail will contain a contact-address to send their request if they want to unsubscribe. We will not keep information about your friend in our database after the email has been sent. If you refer a friend, you agree that you will not abuse this feature by entering names and addresses of those who would not be interested in U Love’s Services. For some of our Services, you may also give gift memberships to your friends, in which case we will use your friends’ e-mail address that you provide in order to deliver the gift.

Research and Service Improvement By using our Services, you agree that we may use anonymized and aggregated information from your account and interactions for research purposes aimed at improving relationship outcomes.This research may be conducted by psychologists and behavioral science professionals and may be published in academic journals. All research findings will remain strictly anonymous, and no personally identifying information will be disclosed.

By accessing and using our Services, you acknowledge and consent that U Love may utilize de-identified and aggregated information from your account activity for the purpose of improving our services and enhancing relationship outcomes.

All data used for these purposes will be anonymised to ensure that no individual can be personally identified, and no personal information will be released or published.
4. Consequences of Not Providing Personal Information
If you choose not to provide certain personal information when requested, we may be unable to deliver some or all of the Services you have requested. For instance, without the necessary information, we may not be able to process your payments, facilitate matching with other members, or provide specific features or services you wish to access.

Overseas Data Processing: Your personal information may be stored and processed by U Love or our trusted service providers in locations outside Australia. These third parties may use technologies such as cookies or pixels to assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. All information collected through these tools is aggregated and does not personally identify you.Some of these third-party advertisers may be members of the Digital Advertising Alliance, which provides options for you to opt out of targeted advertising through its recommended procedures or, for mobile applications, via the AppChoices website.For clarity, U Love does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.We will only disclose your information to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy and always in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

U Love is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content standards of any external websites that link to or integrate with our Services, including social networking platforms.
If you choose to use third-party login options (e.g., Facebook or Apple login) for your U Love account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and ensuring that no unauthorized individuals use your accounts to access U Love Services.

13. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
U Love provides members with the following options to access, correct, update, or delete personal information submitted to us in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Data Access Request
If you wish to request access to the personal information we hold about you, you may:
1. Log in to your U Love account on our website and follow the instructions to request a copy of your personal information; or
2.Complete the online request form or contact our Privacy Officer via email at admin@urtrueloveglobal.com.
Your right to request access is generally free of charge, except where requests are excessive, repetitive, or unfounded, in which case a reasonable fee may apply.
Data Deletion Request
- If you are a Basic Member (as defined in our Terms and Conditions) and have no unused services or virtual credits associated with your account, you may log into your account on our website, go to My Data & Settings > Profile Visibility, and select the option to delete your profile and associated data.
- If you cannot log into your account or if you are a Premium Member or have unused services/credits, you may submit a data deletion request by contacting us through the online form or by email.
Please note that deleting your data will remove your profile information and associated content, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain certain records.
Data Correction Request
You can update or correct some personal information (e.g., email address, contact preferences) directly through your account settings. For updates requiring verification (e.g., date of birth changes), please contact our Privacy Officer or Customer Care team at admin@urtrueloveglobal.com. We may request identity verification documents to protect your privacy before processing access, correction, or deletion requests.
Verification Process
To protect your personal information, we must verify your identity before actioning any access, correction, or deletion request. We may require:
- Your account email address;
- Your profile ID;
- Your registered date of birth;
- Your residential postcode; and/or
- Other information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.
If your identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, we may be unable to process your request. We will make good faith efforts to provide you with access to, correct, or delete your data when you request it, but there may be circumstances in which we may not provide access to, correct, or delete data as allowed by law. For example, we are not required to correct or delete personal information needed to provide a service you’ve asked us to provide, to detect fraudulent or illegal activity, for bookkeeping or tax purposes (e.g., transaction data), if your identity could not be verified, or data that is required for legal purposes. If you wish to appoint an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must:

2.Ensure the agent can provide appropriate identity verification documents for both themselves and you as the member.

If you provide an authorized agent with power of attorney, we will respond to any request from such authorized agent without the steps above.
Any Response Timeframes
We aim to respond to access, correction, or deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, as required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If additional time is required, we will notify you of the delay and the expected completion timeframe (up to a maximum of 90 days).
Right to Appeal
If we refuse to act on your request, we will provide written reasons for the refusal and information on how you can escalate or lodge a complaint, including with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if necessary.
No Discrimination
You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). However, some Services or features may no longer be available if certain data is deleted or access is restricted.
14. Data Retention and Storage Practices
U Love will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and as otherwise set out in this Privacy Policy.
Except for information that must be kept for statutory accounting or record-keeping purposes, personal information will generally be deleted according to the following timeframes:
- Basic Memberships: Personal information will be automatically deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
- Basic Memberships with unused Match Unlock purchases: Data will be retained for 2 years after the membership becomes inactive (i.e., after your last login), or for up to 4 years after your last Match Unlock purchase, whichever comes first.
- Premium Memberships: Personal information will be stored for the duration of the membership unless you submit a deletion request, provided no other legal obligations require retention. Where data must be retained under a statutory retention period, it will be securely stored in isolation until that period expires. Once your Premium Membership ends, your account will convert to a Basic Membership, and the above Basic Membership retention rules will apply.
Your personal information may be processed and stored outside Australia by U Love, its affiliates, or third-party service providers solely for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Where personal information is transferred overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient handles your information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place.

ULOVE Child Safety and Anti-Abuse Policy
ULOVE is committed to providing users with a safe and healthy social environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
ULOVE strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Creating, publishing, distributing, sharing, or requesting child sexual abuse material;
- Sexually grooming, sexually extorting, or sexually harassing minors;
- Encouraging or coercing minors to participate in any form of sexual activity;
- Trafficking or commercially exploiting minors;
- Sharing pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content involving minors;
- Using artificial intelligence or other technologies to generate sexual content involving minors.
- Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material
ULOVE prohibits users from uploading, publishing, sending, sharing, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
When we discover or receive a report of suspected CSAM and confirm that a violation has occurred, we may take the following actions as appropriate:
- Immediately remove the relevant content;
- Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the relevant account;
- Preserve necessary records related to the violation;
- Report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities, child protection organizations, or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users may report content or conduct involving child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or other threats to child safety through the reporting, help and feedback, or customer support features available within the ULOVE App.
